Dandenong LOGIS Eco-Industrial Park is an underground industrial development covering approximately 154 hectares near Dandenong, to the south east of Melbourne. The park comprises approximately 120 lots of approximately 15 MVA initial load. It is being developed over 7 stages.

Tridec Services are the designers and project managers for the complete electrical reticulation, including:

• All negotiations with the distribution companies
• Sub station placement and capacity
• HV and LV cable runs and cable sizes
• HV and LV tie in points
• Cable conduit runs and sizes
• Making allowances for future load growth
• Street lighting design to AS1158, including pole placement, lantern size and type
• Service cabinets and pillar locations
• All distribution company, council and VicRoads approvals
